Exhibition: Israel in the Aftermath of the Hamas Attacks with Photos by Ziv Koren
On December 6, AJC Transatlantic Institute together with the Israeli Mission to the EU and the Representation of Bavaria to the EU exhibited the pictures of Israeli photojournalist Ziv Koren showing Israel in the aftermath of the October 7 massacre. Without being graphic, the stunning images captured the national mood in Israel and showed the over 100 attendees the impact the massacre had left on Israeli society. Speakers at the event were TAI Director Daniel Schwammenthal, Israeli Ambassador to the EU Haim Regev, European Commission coordinator for combating antisemitism and fostering Jewish life Katharina von Schnurbein, German Ambassador to the European Union Political and Security Committee Thomas Ossowski, and Director of the Representation of the Free State of Bavaria to the European Union Michael Hinterdobler.
