Daniel Rackowski Daniel Rackowski is the Senior Fellow for EU Affairs at the Transatlantic Institute, which he joined in 2004. He holds a LLB (Hons) in Law and a LLM in Public International Law and International Relations. His areas of interest are international humanitarian law, transatlantic relations, the Greater Middle East and the EU’s CFSP.
